In FY 2024 we launched an exciting opportunity for MAR FCA, to be immersed in the four sessions of the Leaders Journey. We believe that investing in leaders personal health and leadership ability is the best investment we can make as we seek to continue to reach EVERY!
The Wenrich Leadership Institute is an opportunity for staff to grow in their leadership. Every 18-24 months we will invest in 20-30 leaders as we look to grow our leaders that will in turn help us to grow the ministry.
Applications for the '25-'26 class will be open March 13-April 30, 2025.

The Leaders Journey begins with mastering the skill fo self-leadership. Those who lead-self well will understand the H.E.A.R.T. of leadership.

The Leaders Journey continues with mastering the skill of leading others. Those who lead others well apply the S.E.R.V.E. model and the five fundamental skills as a part of that.

Lead Teams
The Leaders Journey challenges leaders to bet on teams and structure their work for results. They take time to learn the Four Essentials of leading teams.
