As a director, you are responsible for caring for the men and women that God has called to serve with FCA. The following resources are designed to help you successfully recruit, hire, train, and develop each person that God has entrusted to you. My role as your RDTA is to help you lead with love as we use these resources to build our FCA family so that the mission to every coach and athlete can be accomplished.   • Vision Based Staffing Plans

  • Development Funds

    After creating a Vision Bassed Staffing Plan, consider raising funds to assist the prospective staff God is calling to serve in your area.  

  • Marketing: Employer Branding

    God might be calling someone that you regularly interact with or someone that interacts with your social media accounts.
