As a director, you are responsible for caring for the men and women that God has called to serve with FCA. The following resources are designed to help you successfully recruit, hire, train, and develop each person that God has entrusted to you. My role as your RDTA is to help you lead with love as we use these resources to build our FCA family so that the mission to every coach and athlete can be accomplished. After creating a Vision Bassed Staffing Plan, consider raising funds to assist the prospective staff God is calling to serve in your area.
God might be calling someone that you regularly interact with or someone that interacts with your social media accounts.
Use your Vision Based Staffing Plan to create Job Advertisements with pictures and/or videos highlighting the type of work to be done, and the specific sports or schools to be served. For assistance, contact Courtney Danna, cdanna@fca.org

Helping your Prospective Staff build a healthy Home Team is one of the greatest gifts you can give them. Consider taking, or reviewing, the course.
The Support Center regularly features training that helps Directors serve their staff well.
It is the Director's responsibility to succesfully onboard their new hire with excellance. Fundamentals training is an onboarding requirement and should be completed within the first 90 days of employment.
Every 18 months MAR FCA will invest in 25 to 30 leaders through The Wenrich Leadership Institute. Application deadline June 29th.
This course is offered to staff on a select and limited basis. If you have a staff member that has incredibly high potential to lead beyond their current role, please contact the regional VP to learn more.
