Track & Field // Cross Country Info:
- Double Sessions
- Conditions: Rubber track. Hilly Terrain.
- Equipment: Bring all personal track items
- Practices: Fundamentals, drills, video recording, & training
- All-you-can-eat 3 meals a day
- 2-person college dorm rooms
- Each camper will be grouped in a male or female huddle of 8-12 HS runners/throwers for the week with a college runner/thrower
